The Semarang District Court (PN) will read a decision requesting a postponement of debt payment obligations (PKPU) against one of Sritex Group's subsidiaries, PT Senang Kharisma Textil (SKT).
The agenda for reading the verdict will be held on Tuesday tomorrow, after the Semarang PN panel of judges read out the conclusion of the trial on Thursday last week. "The reading of the decision, Tuesday (25/5/2021)," was quoted as saying on Monday (24/5/2021).
As is well known, this lawsuit is the second for PT Senang Kharisma Textil. The company which was affiliated with PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (SRIL) had just passed the PKPU proposed by PT Bank QNB Indonesia.
The PKPU application this time was submitted by PT Nutek Kawan Mas to the Semarang Commercial Court on Monday (10/5/2021) and the trial will begin on Tuesday (18/5/2021).
In the petitum of their lawsuit, the petitioner asked the panel of judges to grant a number of points of their lawsuit. First, stipulating the Provisional PKPU against PT Senang Kharisma Textil for a maximum period of 45 days from the reading of this decision.
Second, appoint and appoint Supervisory judges from the Commercial Court Judges at the Semarang District Court to oversee the Postponement of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU) against the PKPU defendant.
Third, appoint Verry Sitorus and Akhmad Henry Setyawan as the management team in the PKPU process or the curatorial team if PT Senang Kharisma Textil is declared bankrupt.
Previously, PT SKT also received a PKPU lawsuit from Bank QNB Indonesia. The QNB lawsuit was filed on Tuesday (20/4/2021) with number 13 / Pdt.Sus-PKPU / 2021 / PN Niaga Smg.
