Purbalingga Deputy Regent H Sudono inaugurated the Fatayat Nahdlatul 'Ulama (NU) Purbalingga Branch Leadership Community (BLK) building in Sokawera Village, Padamara District. The inauguration was marked by cutting the ribbon and cutting the cone which also coincided with the 17th Harlah Fatayat NU. The head of the Fatayat NU Purbalingga PC Community BLK, Imron Wahyudin, revealed that this BLK will officially operate in July 2022, currently waiting for equipment. The training provided is in the form of fashion and textile design skills.

"According to the management's agreement, later this BLK will focus on training programs that have been determined by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemennaker RI). However, what makes this different from other BLKs is that we train with the character of ahlussunnah wal congregation," said Imron, Monday (16/16). 5/2022).

With the hope, the character of Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah can be attached to participants both in the industrial world, in the world of work and in the world of entrepreneurship. Thus, becoming NU cadres who are ready to provide peace for Indonesia.

"In addition to carrying out training, this BLK will also become one of the convection industries. It is hoped that later with the addition of sectors outside of training, it can create organizational independence so that it can improve the economy of all members of the Fatayat NU Purbalingga PC," he said.

When it starts later, participants will attend training for 35 - 40 days starting from 07:30 to 16:30 with a total of 16 people per batch. The entire training process will be financed by the government.

"Those who take part in this training are funded by the government, so the participants also get compensation for transportation and meals. Anyway, it's just like BLK in general," he said.

Meanwhile, the Deputy Regent of Purbalingga H Sudono welcomed the new BLK as a forum to mature the skills of job seekers. He hopes that this BLK can contribute to reducing unemployment in Purbalingga.

"In the current era of competition, the level of competition is getting tougher. Therefore, improving skills is very much needed to be able to continue to be needed in the business world," said the deputy regent.

He asked that the training developed should be adapted to the needs of the local job market and encourage people's interest in entrepreneurship. This will ultimately reduce the unemployment rate.

"Hopefully this event will be the first step to take an active role in accelerating the improvement of Purbalingga Regency's HR competence," he said.

As is known, the BLK building for the Fatayat NU PC Community in Purbalingga Regency was built by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower at a cost of Rp 500 million. The construction process started from laying the groundwork on 27 October 2021 and was completed on 15 February 2022.
