As one of the textile factories that produces soft toys for the home furnishing retail company IKEA Indonesia, PT Quty Karunia (Quty) has installed PLTS Roof at its factory located in Purwakarta, West Java. The implementation of New & Renewable Energy (EBT) carried out by Quty is a form of company responsibility in suppressing the acceleration of climate change as well as supporting global carbon emission reduction programs in the future. A total of 686 solar panels installed on the roof of the factory are capable of producing 434,095 kWh every year, so in addition to saving operational costs, the development and use of renewable energy is also the company's effort to reduce the use of fossil energy and reduce CO2 production to 405.444 kg annually.
