With a priority on health issues and the Covid-19 protocol, the Indo Intertex Virtual Expo 2021 exhibition was held virtually as a technological innovation to help accelerate economic recovery.

Taking place on 29 March - 02 April 2021, the Indo Intertex Virtual Expo 2021 will be attended by more than 90 participants, both local and international.

Jemmy Kartiwa, Chairperson of the Indonesian Textile Association (API), said that through Indo Intertex Virtual access, producers and their clients and partners can interact online real-time to exchange information with stakeholders who will help encourage professional and business development to front. This is also in line with the government's program in an effort to implement technology 4.0 in the Textile and Textile Product Industry.

Organizing the Expo Peraga explained, this virtual exhibition is an effort to contribute to the textile industry so that all parties can work together to keep building networks and make it easier to run the business, because virtual exhibitions can be accessed by visitors from various regions and different time zones.

He said that, even though it was held virtually, Indo Intertex visitors could still feel the sensation of offline exhibition activities because visitors could interact with exhibitors with easy mobility. All virtual booths display the latest superior product innovations, and each booth is equipped with an interactive menu. Visitors can also participate in various Business Forums held with association partners.

In addition, exhibitors also exhibit with a longer duration than offline exhibitions, because in addition to lasting for five days, the platform will be available for 30 days so that business interaction opportunities with buyers are greater and seminar presentation can still be followed.
