Issuer provider of fabrics, uniforms and fashion, PT Trisula Textile Industries Tbk (BELL) is optimistic that the textile business trend ahead of the election is expected to experience a significant increase.BELL Corporate Secretary Terry Aditya Zulfianda said, it is expected that there will be an increase in demand for the manufacture of T-shirts, uniforms, banners, jackets, hats/merchandise during the campaign. "Economists also estimate significant growth in preparation for the 2024 general election, especially in the textile and F&B industry," Terry said, Friday (12/5).

Terry said, for now the Company sees demand in the textile industry returning to the pre-pandemic period and you could say it has returned to normal. For the performance of the first quarter of 2023 alone, when compared to the same period last year, sales growth has increased significantly.

"We foresee that in the future the demand for textiles will experience a significant increase followed by demand during the momentum of yesterday's Eid (retail business) and preparations for the upcoming elections," he said.

Terry added, the Company has a strategy by preparing production capacity, both in terms of machine capacity and human resources to support it.

"So, if there is an increase in demand, we are ready to serve it," he continued.

Plus, continued Terry, the company has a competitive advantage through customized orders, according to consumer needs, even though we still serve them well with a small amount.
