Hatta Wardhana, Head of Sub-Directorate of Public Relations and Customs Counseling, revealed that to improve service user compliance, Customs and Excise conducts working visits to companies on the Customs Visit Customer agenda. In Bandung, Bandung Customs and Excise visited PT Grand Textile Industry, a company that uses bonded zone facilities, Wednesday, March 16, 2022. The textile industry is one of the industries affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
In 2020, the textile industry had experienced negative growth of 8.8 percent. Through the assistance carried out by Customs and Excise, it is hoped that the economy can grow positively through increasing export performance.
Meanwhile, in Tanjung Morawa, Belawan Customs and Excise visited PT Indojaya Agrinusa, one of the Main Customs Partner companies, Tuesday, March 22, 2022. PT Indojaya Agrinusa is part of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, an agrifood company that produces animal protein.

In Jakarta, Customs and Excise Marunda had the opportunity to visit PT Sari Dumai Oleo, a company engaged in processed palm oil, Wednesday, March 9, 2022. Processed palm products are promising export products that can support the Indonesian economy.
In a day, PT Sari Dumai Oleo is able to produce as much as 300 tons of products per day. The number of production results is expected to produce the same amount of profit.
