Airlangga also said that the government had issued Government Regulation (PP) Number 28 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of the Industrial Sector. The government continued to accelerate the PSN program through accelerating regional infrastructure development to support industrial development. The total investment for these activities reached Rp 5,698.5 trillion, the contribution from the private sector was close to 70 percent.

"As of November 2021, 32 projects have been completed. Meanwhile, 25 projects and 7 programs have partially operated, 93 projects are in the construction stage, 10 projects are in transaction, especially financing, and 48 projects are in the preparation stage," he said.

In connection with the Indonesian Presidency at this year's G20 Forum, Airlangga reiterated that this momentum will directly encourage increased employment, increase domestic consumption, and increase national GDP.
