PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk (ALDO), an issuer engaged in the paper and chemical business, has successfully operated new recycled brown paper processing machines. Thus, starting this February, the company that processes paper waste into profit can already sell products made from recycled brown paper produced by the new machines. ALDO's new machines are one of the leading processing machines in terms of technology. This sophisticated machine for a medium factory size in the brown paper industry has a speed of 650m per minute, equipped with auto quality scanner, auto color dispensing and auto splashing capabilities, making it more efficient in fuel use, faster and more accurate for coloring.

The company hopes that ALDO's sales can grow more than double. Due to the operation of these new machines, ALDO's production capacity of recycled brown paper has increased to 220,000 tons per year, from the previous production capacity of around 80,000 tons per year.

"To market the additional products produced by the new machines, we have prepared in advance, especially by increasing sales to existing ALDO customers. In this case, we take advantage of ALDO's strong relationship with corporate customers," said ALDO's Main Director, H. Sutanto.

The new machines can operate commercially after the Company completes the commissioning process in January. Commissioning is the process of ensuring that all systems and components of the new machine comply with the planned operational requirements.

It was further explained that the decision to install the new machines was also based on the Company's vision, which saw that the prospects for the recycled paper product industry in the future would be even brighter. ALDO sees that the demand for paper products made from recycled materials will continue to grow in line with increasing public awareness of the importance of environmental sustainability.
